These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of smartmoneyguideus.com and the Smart Money Guide newsletter (together, the "Service"), operated by Smart Money Guide. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The free "Foundations" plan requires only a valid email address. The paid "Wealth Builder" plan is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; canceling stops future billing and reverts your account to the free plan at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

3. Editorial content and no financial advice

Smart Money Guide publishes educational content about personal finance, investing, taxes and related topics. Nothing on the Service constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security.
